I am writing this article to emphasize the importance of shop location. It is, literally, on prime real estate, right on the most beautiful river in Kyoto, on a busy street, with the only public bathroom around. And, you know you will always get your B- Coffee milkshake the same way every time. Why did I come to this place time and time again? Because I could sit here for hours looking at the river, take a load off, and drink something cheap. I miss it, seriously. You will probably see it if you are in the area, but just keep this place in mind when you think about how an important part of the coffee business is largely overlooked: location location location!
