E-space-o? Space-presso? ISSpresso: To BOLDLY go where no Bean has Gone Before

While “authentic” may not be the first word to come to mind for those drinking the elixir produced for our Argonauts floating miles above our heads, flavor aside (remains to be seen), this espresso represents an incredible feat of engineering and technical innovation. Since “espresso” describes a process as well as a product, the high-pressure brewed coffee in pulled orbit literally passes the culinary BAR of authenticity (punny). Moreover, I am spirited by the holistic intentions of the LaVazza and Argotec teams. Their laudable goal of providing sufficient “psychological support” for our scientist adventures by inspiring a sense of “home” will likely boost their productivity and better ensure their physical well-being, to an extent.
